A visa is required to enter UAE except for Nationals (Citizens) from the following countries that will be issued entry permits upon arrival at the airport in the UAE.

GCC Countries
Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Saudi Arabia
Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Holland, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Vatican City, Americas: United States of America
Australia, New Zealand
Japan, Brunei, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, South Korea

Nationals other than those of the above lists require an entry visa which need to be arranged prior to arrival to the UAE.

Terms and Conditions

1. Clear color scanned copies of the passport (Passport must be at least minimum 6months valid.)

2. Clear color picture of 4.3 x 5.5 cm in Jpg format not exceeding 40KB

3. Completed third party credit card payment authorization form (AED720.00 per application) – please see attached and kindly fill out the form Visa processing fee of AED 720.00 will be charged to the credit card provided prior to processing the application.

4. Clear color copy of the credit card both front and back

5. Letter of undertaking


Visa security deposit of AED 5000 per person will be blocked to the credit card provided. However, the security deposit will be refunded upon showing a proof that the visitor has already exited the country.


The visa fee will be AED 720.00 per visa application. Please note that the visa must be applied by 6th August 2012 to ensure your travel to ADIHEX 2012 is secured.

Kindly send the required documents latest by 6th August 2012 then our visa agent will try and expedite the visa process. However, please note that approval or rejection of the visa is subject to the discretion of the government authorities and there will be no reason given by the immigrations authorities why the visa is rejected. However the fee for the visa paid is not refundable if in the case visa is rejected.

Travelling to ADNEC?

Travelling to and from an event is a vital part of the experience. Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Centre, at the heart of the United Arab Emirates' transport network, offers unrivalled access for visitors from the UAE and abroad.

The Capital City's transport network is established and works well. Unlike other cities and towns in the UAE, traffic congestion is rarely experienced in Abu Dhabi.

Directions Dubai to Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Centre

The journey from Dubai to Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre is extremely simple. From Jebel Ali, Dubai to ADNEC should take no more than 45 minutes. Leave Dubai on the Sheikh Zayed Road (E11), following the signs for Abu Dhabi/ Jebel Ali. As you leave the emirate of Dubai and enter the emirate of Abu Dhabi the name of the road changes to the Sheikh Maktoum Bin Rashid Road. You stay on this road for approximately 30 minutes. Just before you exit Sheikh Maktoum Bin Rashid Road you will pass (on your right) Al Raha Mall.

At this point you should move to the right hand lane and prepare exit Sheikh Maktoum bin Rashid Road. Exit the Sheikh Maktoum Bin Rashid Road, following the signs for Abu Dhabi (E22). Stay in the right hand lane and continue to follow the signs for Abu Dhabi (E22). Once on the E22, continue over Al Maqtaa Bridge, at this point the huge Sheikh Zayed Mosque should be on your left. You will reach a set of traffic lights, approximately 2km after crossing Al Maqtaa Bridge, continue straight on passing an ADNOC petrol station and Al Bateen Air base on your right.

At this point you should ensure that you are in the right hand lane, ready to take the next exit. Exit the E22, following the signs for the exhibition centre. At the roundabout take the fourth exit, again following the signs for the exhibition centre. Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Centre will be on your right, follow the signage and park in a convenient space.
