Visa Information

A visa is required to enter UAE except for Nationals (Citizens) from the following countries that will be issued entry permits upon arrival at the airport in the UAE.

GCC Countries  : Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Saudi Arabia
Europe : Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Holland, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg,  Monaco, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Vatican City, Americas: United States of America
Oceanic/Pacific : Australia, New Zealand
Asia  : Japan, Brunei, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, South Korea

Nationals other than those of the above lists require an entry visa which need to be arranged prior to arrival to the UAE.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Clear color scanned copies of the passport (Passport must be at least minimum 6months valid.)
  2. Clear color picture of 4.3 x 5.5 cm in Jpg format not exceeding 40KB
  3. Completed third party credit card payment authorization form (AED720.00 per application) – please see attached and kindly fill out the form

Visa processing fee of AED 720.00 will be charged to the credit card provided prior to processing the application.

  1. Clear color copy of the credit card both front and back
  2. Letter of undertaking

For Visitors

Visa security deposit of AED 5000 per person will be blocked to the credit card provided. However, the security deposit will be refunded upon showing a proof  that the visitor has already exited the country.

Visa Charge

The visa fee will be AED 720.00 per visa application. Please note that the visa must be applied by 6th August 2012 to ensure your travel to ADIHEX 2012 is secured.

Kindly send the required documents latest by 6th August 2012 then our visa agent will try and expedite the visa process. However, please note that approval or rejection of the visa is subject to the discretion of the government authorities and there will be no reason given by the immigrations authorities why the visa is rejected. However the fee for the visa paid is not refundable if in the case visa is rejected.
